Q. How many guests can I have at my wedding?
A. The Secret Garden can accommodate up to 160 guest with a cathedral seating arrangement. There's plenty of space throughout the property to accommodate those people for dinner and reception as well.
Q. Can I bring my own vendors?
A. Yes, The Secret Garden at Paradise Spring is BYO. This includes caterers, DJs, photographers, and anything else. Please keep in mind you're 100% responsible for your vendors.
Q. What’s included with the venue?
A. Access to the venue. We're also including chairs and tables for up to 150 guests as well as a 2400sqft tent. We provide a starter amount of household supplies in the house. Generally this is enough for 20 guests to stay overnight for a few days. You will need to bring additional supplies to meet the needs of your event.
Q. What are your wedding packages?
A. The Secret Garden is a BYO venue. That means we provide the space, tables, chairs, and tent. You provide everythign else. We can provide a list of recommended vendors for things like food, drinks, and photography. We also work with Tampa Bay’s finest wedding planners and can refer them upon request.
Q. How will the tables and chairs be arranged?
A. Tables and chairs will be stowed neatly in the on-site trailer. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to place tables and chairs and neatly return them to the storage trailer after the event. We can refer you to someone who can do this for you at a reasonable rate if needed.
Q. Can I remove the sides of the tent?
A. Yes, you can remove the sides of the tent but you will be responsible for removing, neatly storing, and placing the sides back on the tent after your event. If you need someone to do this for you we can provide a reference. In addition, with the tent sides removed you will be required to reduce the noise output from the DJ to meet the noise restriction guidelines of 75db.
Q. Is there an indoor venue available?
A. Yes, you can have your reception in either the Villa or our tent. In edition when you book both ceremony and reception you will have access to the event lawn where you can set up a tent. Tent rental is an additional cost.
Q. What happens if it’s raining?
A. In the event we anticipate significant rain the ceremony can be moved into our tent or even into the Villa depending on the options you’ve reserved.
Q. What do we do with our trash?
A. We provide two 90 gallon trash cans and two 90 gallon recycle bins. We're an environmentally aware facility and encourage you to fully utilize the recycling bins. You will be responsible for removing trash created by the event. We can refer you to someone for trash pickup upon request.
Q. Can we stay in The Villa overnight?
A. The Villa at Paradise Spring can be booked to accommodate up to 20 guests overnight. Additional nights can be added upon request.
Q. What areas can I access?
A. There are three main venue areas. The Secret Garden which is used for ceremonies. The Event Lawn which is used for receptions/tents, and The Villa which is used for overnight accommodations. Each can be booked together or separately and can be used interchangeably for your ceremony, reception, and lodging.

A. Costs vary depending on time of year, demand, and availability. Let us know which dates you're interested in and we'll get you a custom proposal right away.

Q. How much parking is there?
A. There's adequate parking on site for up to 200 cars.
Q. Where are the closest hotels?
A. The closest hotels are located about 20 minutes drive to either Brandon or Plant City. Hotels in Tampa are about a 30 minute drive. Here are a few.

Q. Do you spray for mosquitos and bugs?
A. Yes, we have a regular schedule to spray for mosquitos and bugs.
Q. Are pets permitted?
A. Officially we don't allow pets but some exceptions can be made if you're will to pay a $500 pet fee.
