• What is the naming convention policy?

There are two ways which people will refer to our properties.

    1. Nickname:

This is a short name that uniiquely identifies the property in a converstaional way. The nickname is what's used in marketing channels as well. Nicknames should reflect our Brand Voice. Nicknames should be one of a kind. Nicknames should follow our standard naming convention order which is the The Place at The Place (Example: The Secret Garden at Paradise Spring, or The Villa at Paradise Spring.

It's important to note "Paradise Spring" is a development. The homes, buildings, and spaces belong to the development know as "Paradise Spring".

    2. Official Name.

The offical name is what's used when we absolutely, postively need to identify a specific property for maintenance, administration, or legal purposes.  (Example: We'd use this name when speaking with an air condition repair person) In our organization this is done by referring to the street number followed by the street name. In the even there are multiple buildings using a single street number and name the nickname for the building can be used to specifically indetify it. (Example: 10401 Paradise Spring Ct.).
